No this is not some circuit party in Miami, rather it is a really chic dinner for 12 guests where all the dishes are served for two to share. Each dish is served in varying ramekins and white bowls and dishes. What I love to do is blend in as many white textures of old and new. This is a great opportunity to visit the local flea market, take fifty bucks with you and see how many white bowls you can get and then use them as serving dishes.

For the music, I am seeing bright airy guitar and dance like early Everything but the girl, Cocteau Twins, Innocence Mission mixed with some mid-90’s groove A.K.A. Hotel Costes.  Yes believe it or not the first cd is now 11 years old….it is now becoming a great classic.

Please see the menu section for the dishes to be cooked and prepared. I am thinking Chicken Pot Pies…Of course Chic Ones…..
